Invoparse provides AI-powered document processing and data extraction services, primarily for invoices and receipts.

While our systems aim for high accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any extracted or generated data. The service may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete outputs. It is solely your responsibility to review, verify, and validate all data before use in any business, financial, or operational decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Any and all activity occurring under your account
• Ensuring you have lawful rights to upload and process documents
• Verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all output data before using or relying on it

5. Payment Terms

You acknowledge and agree that any data generated by the service, including AI-processed results, may contain errors. You assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating the accuracy and suitability of the data for your intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoparse, its affiliates, and its service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use or inability to use the service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through our website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
